REGISTRAR'S OFFICE

The Registrar’s Office is responsible for maintaining students’ academic records from the first day of their acceptance into The Petroleum Institute until the day of their graduation. In addition to their academic records, the office will also maintain their enrollment documents and biographical data. The Registrar’s Office ensures the accuracy and reliability of data collected.

The Registrar’s Office goal is to provide good services to students and faculty. These include development of the academic calendar, course scheduling, classroom assignments, registration, record functions, grade reporting and transcript services.
